My experience here was beyond terrible. I hope no one else goes into this establishment. The customer service is beyond wretched. My medication isn't ready when I go there.
We don't have many options in Owenton. With a lot of chains, this would lead to a lack of quality service due to lack of competition. That is not the case here. Matthew, Bob, and the rest of the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers. I would drive well out of my way to keep them as my pharmacy.
